All guests must check in at Rawai Pier according to their ticketed arrival time.

By purchasing, you agree to the following:

Attendees must be 20+ with valid ID.

All purchases non-refundable except in event cancellation, postponement, force-majeure, government order, or national mourning.

Organizer may refuse entry/eject for rule violations, disorderly, illegal, or offensive behavior.

Cashless Event ,Card, QR, Top-Up system on site.

Only small bags will be accepted, bumbags, small body bags.

No outside food/drinks, no bulky items.

No outside alcohol / illicit drugs allowed.Violators ejected, tickets void, drugs = police + permanent ban.

Forgery/misuse of ID = criminal offense, police referral + permanent ban.

Rain or shine, no refunds for weather.

Lineup & schedule subject to change without notice.

Damaged/tampered/unauthorized tickets invalid.

Lost wristbands invalid; new ticket required.

Consent to photography, filming, and recording for marketing purposes.

Organizer not liable for loss/theft/damage to personal property.

All sales final. Service fees non-refundable.

In cancellations, only ticket value refunded (excluding fees). Postponement refunds at organizer’s discretio.
